What is considered a strong connection to WA?
The Revealed Advisory Committee acknowledges that state borders don’t always reflect the way artists and communities move, work and live — particularly in regions such as the Western Desert, where artists often travel across the NPY Lands, Northern Territory and South Australia.
We want to respect these realities and reflect them in our application process. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, please include a short explanation in the application form or contact AACHWA directly.
Small businesses or advocacy organisations
For Aboriginal-owned businesses and organisations representing Aboriginal artists, AACHWA may request additional information to ensure businesses/organisations align with best practice, uphold AACHWA’s values and meet the intent of the Revealed program.
